Leaders from Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation and the Mississippi River Corridor – TN hosted a groundbreaking ceremony at Reelfoot Lake State Park’s new Visitor’s Center on February 5, 2016.

The existing Museum and Visitors Center at Reelfoot Lake contains the Donaldson Collection of significant artifacts and many memories, but has not had a major upgrade since the early 1960s. The new facility will be an authentic, interactive showcase for what makes this part of Tennessee so unique.
